Property: white or cream-like waxy powder or flakes with the odour of fatty, free flowing, nontoxic. Disperse in hot water, soluble in hot alcohol.

Application,it is used:

1. In chocolate, sweet and ice cream: to prevent granulated sugar crystallization and separation of oil and water and enhance the smoothness and luster.

2. In margarine: to stabilize the emulsion.

3. In cream toffee: to enhance the emulsification.

4. In bread: to improve bread structure, enhance its softness and volume and extend quality guarantee period.

5. Plastic(EPS): to reduce caking during pre-foaming, improve EPS flowability and speed up to mold forming.

Packing & storage: 25KG PP/paper craft bag. It should be kept in dry, cool and ventilated place.
